Welcome Tara Robbins

Integrated Health’s newest physician has a passion for practicing Family Medicine with an emphasis on Sports Medicine.

Tara Robbins, M.D. is a Southern Illinois native who attended Southern Illinois University for both undergraduate and medical school. She completed her Family Practice and a Sports Medicine fellowship at The University of California in San Diego, and spent a few years there perfecting her craft. She believes in finding and treating the root of the problem with a more conservative, holistic approach.

While in San Diego, Dr. Robbins served as team physician for the University of California San Diego sports teams, several local high school football teams, and an arena league soccer team. She also provided medical care for triathlons and marathons including the Rock & Roll Marathon.

In 2011, Dr. Robbins decided it was time to move “back home.” Since returning, she has been team physician for the Marion High School football team and the Southern Illinois Miners.

With the addition of Dr. Robbins to our team, we now can treat patients with the full integrated approach to healing and wellness through Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Nutrition and now Sports Medicine.

Dr. Robbins will be accepting new patients at our Carterville location.at 1027 S. Division Street.  Her Office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
