Trisha Phemister

Trisha Phemister is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatry at Integrated Health. With over two years of experience at Integrated Health, Trish provides compassionate care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns. Before joining Integrated Health, she gained valuable experience in both outpatient behavioral health and inpatient psychiatric consultations.

A leader in innovative mental health treatments, Trish played a pivotal role in launching Integrated Health’s first Spravato® treatment program and sees patients daily for this groundbreaking therapy. She has witnessed remarkable success in alleviating depression symptoms—sometimes leading to complete remission—and is passionate about providing life-changing care to those struggling with treatment-resistant depression.

Trish’s background spans various areas of nursing, but her current role fulfills her passion for mental health. She approaches each day with compassion, dedication, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of her patients.

Outside of work, Trish enjoys life on her hobby farm, where she cares for chickens, ducks, turkeys, pigs, bunnies, goats, cows, mini horses, and donkeys—along with her two dogs and two cats. She loves antiquing, refurbishing old furniture, and treasure hunting at local auctions. An avid collector, she takes great pride in her unique finds, which include rolling pins, hand fans, and vintage measuring cups.

Trish is known for her determination and problem-solving skills, always going the extra mile to help her patients and find solutions to the challenges they face. She is committed to making a meaningful impact in the field of mental health and beyond.
