Martha’s journey to counseling began with a bachelor’s in engineering followed by a master’s in business administration. She worked in manufacturing and later thrived as a strategy consultant. Amidst her professional pursuits, Martha also embraced adventure, spending a year as a dedicated ski enthusiast (aka ski bum) in her early 20s and experiencing a transformative two-year round-the-world journey in her 30s. These diverse experiences led her to discover her calling in counseling. Martha pursued her passion, earning a master’s in counseling from Southern Illinois University. Currently part of the Integrated team, she is expanding her expertise by learning C.G. Jung’s therapeutic approach through ongoing education.
Martha’s personal experiences have shaped her empathetic and understanding approach to counseling. Having navigated loss, as a widow who lost her wife to cancer in 2018, she brings a depth of compassion and empathy to her work that resonates with her clients. Martha Anderson is committed to creating a safe and supportive space for her clients, fostering growth, resilience, and empowerment in their pursuit of mental wellness.
