Kim Booker
Kim Booker is a Physical Therapist with more than 20 years of experience who is originally from southeast Missouri but has lived in southern Illinois since 2000. Kim has experience treating a variety of conditions and populations, including neurological, vestibular, orthopedic, geriatric, and pediatric. She has cared for people from four months old all the way up to 98 years old. She is currently working on obtaining board certification and is also training in women’s health conditions. Her goal for patients is to improve their quality of life and maximize functional independence, including teaching them how to control their condition.
In addition to treating patients, she has taught countless PT and PTA students over the years. She believes in lifelong learning and giving back to the PT profession by investing in students. Kim and her husband have been Carterville residents since 2009 and have children in the Carterville school district. They enjoy attending Carterville sports and art programs as well as exploring outdoor activities.
