Kristin Francis

Kristin Francis brings over 25 years of dedicated practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, graduating with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Social Work degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

A native of southern Illinois, Kristin, alongside her husband, calls Marion home, sharing it with a vibrant collection of animals and cherishing the joys of parenthood with two grown daughters.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kristin finds passion in various interests, including singing with a band, immersing herself in the outdoors, indulging in movies and documentaries—particularly those centered on history and war—and exploring new destinations. Among these, San Antonio, Texas holds a special place in her heart, fostering dreams of making it her future home.

With a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set in numerous treatment modalities, Kristin specializes in assisting adolescents through early adulthood, focusing on anxiety, particularly among competitive athletes.

Currently, Kristin is pioneering a program tailored to aid athletes and coaches in realizing their utmost potential, striving to foster excellence within individuals and teams alike. Additionally, she is a certified “Real Colors” facilitator, enhancing her ability to connect and empower individuals through effective communication and understanding.

Driven by a passion for helping others and a commitment to the mental well-being of her clients, Kristin Francis embodies a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to therapy, creating a supportive environment for growth, resilience, and personal development.
