Ready to get your mobility back?

CONTACT US

Physical therapy is used primarily to treat ailments involving impaired mobility. Our main focus is to restore pain-free functional movement by reducing tension in soft tissues, optimizing joint mobility, and utilizing a systematic and individualized corrective exercise program to maximize functional strength, thus preventing future exacerbations.  Physical therapists are musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and movement specialists. Our primary goal is to abolish your pain and optimize your movement mechanics to allow you to live your life as desired while limiting stress to the joints and tissues of your body. Together WE can, and WE will help you achieve your goals and optimize your quality of life.

A board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy will examine you and develop a treatment plan specific to your individual needs and desired functional outcomes.  Your goals and vision are our number one priority.

Physical therapy almost always includes therapeutic exercises but may also include:

  • Functional Movement Training

  • Manual Therapy

  • Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

  • Neuromuscular Reeducation

  • 3-D Biomechanical Movement Analysis
