At Integrated Health we offer The ChiroHealthUSA program which provides discounts on many of our services. The program may be used by you and members of your immediate family (anyone living in your household). While this program is not insurance, it may be used to cover expenses not covered by a major medical health insurance policy.
With an Annual Enrollment Fee of $49 your whole household can benefit from discounted services at Integrated Health You will then be charged at discounted rates for the services covered by CHUSA at the time of your visits.
